Hi, my name is Andrey from Toronto, ON, Canada π¨π¦.
In May 2022, I decided to follow my dream of cycling around the world. For almost two years, I trained, planned, and prepared.
On January 24th, 2024, I packed my bike, four panniers, and a couple of bags and hopped on a flight from Tel Aviv, Israel, to Miami, FL, USA.
For the following four months, I bike toured across the USA, exploring new places, meeting interesting people, making new friends, and living my dream, one pedal stroke at a time.
When I arrived in Canada, I met Raine, my significant other, and Jakey, aka the Goodu Buyou. We have been having a great time together since then.
After we bike toured from Toronto to Balsam Lake National Park, Ontario, even though I knew I will miss the road, I made a hard decision to stay with her living together in Toronto.
During our first summer together, we bike toured from Toronto to Balsam Lake Provincial Park, Ontario. After getting to know each other, I decided to stay with Raine and Jakey permanently in Toronto.
Although I won't continue my adventure around the world, cycling is still my passion, and I will continue to pedal, explore new places, and have many adventures while sharing them with you. π΅ββοΈ

First of all, my family and friends who are very supportive.
Others who did/are still going on their own adventures, not only by bicycle (in alphabetical order):
And many others.
At the southernmost point of the Continental United States.
I rented a car at Miami and drove to Key West airport. I returned the car amd cycled to the starting location.
Roughly 4 months.
I mostly followed Adventure Cycling Association routes with some modifications, also plotted my own routes using Komoot.
Fortunately, I am not the first person to go on this kind of adventure, so I was checking what works well for others and experimented with different gear to see what worked best for me.
Texas because of it's diverse nature consisted of green forests in the east, remote desert in the west, and the Gulf of Mexico in the south.
Once you start following your heart, everything will work out. I was hosted by many kind people, met like minded adventurers and saw amazing landscapes. This adventure was the best decision of my life.
No, and it will never will. Our whole lives are full of many adventures, big and small. I am planning to keep traveling and exploring places like I always did, just in a smaller scale.
Same things I was doing before, adventuring, exploring and sharing my experiences with you.
